The first session enables you to make the changes to become a non-smoker.
Generally most people leave feeling relaxed and as someone who no longer smokes and is a confirmed ex-smoker. The second booster session will strengthen and support you being a non-smoker. It will confirm new ways of behaving and all old unconscious habits will have gone. It is vital to attend the second booster session.
